PELA Kids & the William Bailey REC Center, Inc. supports Justice, Equality and Human Rights!

We are calling families and staff to do safety checks and needs assessments.

Our facility will be handling our business practices according to CDC protocol to continue to protect our staff and families during the still active COVID-19 pandemic.

We are still serving free food (full meals) at the door of the child care center and have meal packages to go. FREE FOOD for enrolled students is still underway.  Now Enrolling
